According to the Kiplinger Report, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to live, Wichita Falls, Texas should be in your top search.  Three of the top ten cities were found in Texas.  Other cities in the top five were in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Arkansas.  Here is the list of the 10 Most Inexpensive U.S Cities in which to live.
