The 4th of July is not just about fireworks, parades, or a day off from work or school. It is a symbol of our country’s independence and commitment to freedom. On the 4th of July, we also take the opportunity to thank those who have fought and are continuing to fight for our freedom.
This 4th of July, the Presbyterian Manor presents Operation: Thank a Veteran. By choosing a free patriotic card, you can send a special note to someone who needs to know people like you remember and appreciate what they have done for this country: a veteran. These cards will be printed and hand delivered to resident veterans at Presbyterian Manor, The Perkins-Prothro Health Care Center, or The House of Hope.
Show your support to a veteran this 4th of July. It only takes a few minutes and a few words to show just how much you care.
Information about Operation: Thank a Veteran as well as the cards can be found at the following link.
